Even if you change provider you will be able to access to your electronic invoices for the duration of the legal period
Is it necessary to archive my invoices by myself?
No. We archive a copy in your Lyreco safe for the full duration of the legal archiving period.
How can I read my invoices in .pdf format?
Which software is requested ?
Your invoices are written in .pdf format. If you can not open a .pdf file, you can download the free Adobe Reader directly from the Adobe website.
Is the access to my invoices in .pdf secure ?
The access requires an authentication with username and password and is totally secure.
If I want to unsuscribe ?
You can unsuscribe to the service at any time by contacting our customer service 0800 484 484
What happens to my invoices when I unsuscribe ?
Even after cancellation you keep access to your Lyreco safe and invoices in .pdf during the entire archiving duration.
I still receive my invoices by email whereas I unsubscribed to the service.
