How do I search for a product?
Simple. You can do this in several ways:
Step 1: If you know the Lyreco product code or manufacturer's part number, type it into 'Search or Add to cart quickly' field at the top of the page. Quick add to basket panel will be displayed. Click the basket icon to quickly add the proposed item to your basket, if you require more information about the item click on the product description to access the product details page.
Don't know all of the product code? No problem. Type in what you do know about the product and our search function should find what you need. You can search with one or more keywords, or a brand's name.
The search result page has been designed to simplify the selection of products. You can filter the search on multiple criteria, and display the product in different views from lists of products or image views.
Step 2: Once you've found what you want, click on that product. This will take you to the product page where you will see a photo of the product, along with information such as specification, price, large product picture, etc.
Please Note: Not all product pages have all of these elements.
Step 3: Once you are satisfied, click on the shopping basket icon to add the product to the basket.
How do I browse for a product?
It couldn't be easier. To browse for a product, start on our homepage
Step 1: There are six product categories that feature at the top of the page. Click on the product family you are interested in.
Step 2: Products will appear on the results page. From there you can click to see only those items with the features you want.
Step 3: Click the product you are interested in and you will be taken to the product page. You will see a photo of the product, along with information such as specification, price, etc.

I need help finding a printer cartridge?

To select the cartridge or the toner you need, you can either enter the name of the manufacturer part number or alternatively, use the manufacturer and printer selectors. Once you have narrowed down your selection on the model, the search results page will show the products matching your selection.
How do I create a Favourite List?
You can create a Favourite list by following these easy steps:
Step 1: Once you have built your order, click the 'Shopping Cart' icon. This will take you to your order form.
Step 2: Click 'Add to My Favourites', located on the top of your order form.
Step 3: Press 'Create new List'
Step 4: Enter a name for your new favourite list, a description to help you identify it in the future. You can also define if you want to keep your list private or to share the list with your peers (select the inherited option) as well as the whole of your organisation (select the shared option)
Step 5: Press 'Create a List'
Step 6: If adding to an existing favourites list, select the targetted list from the multiple options and press 'Confirm'
Alternatively you can click on 'My Dashboard' and then select 'My Favourites' and click find. Then select 'Create new List' and enter a name for your new favourite list and press save.
How do I add a product from a search to a favourite list?
You can easily add a product to a list by clicking the add to favourites link from your product search results and product detail page. Simply select or create the list you want to add the product to.
How do I add a product from a Favourite List to an order?
It's easy to transfer a product from a list to an order. All you have to do is:
Step 1: Expand the 'My dashboard' panel, click 'My Favourites'
Step 2: Search for the for the product you wish to add.
Step 3: Adjust the quantity and press the shopping cart icon against the products that you want to add to your order.
How do I add a whole favourite List to an order?
To add a whole favourite list to an order, follow these two easy steps:
Step 1: Expand the 'My dashboard' panel, click 'My Favourites'
Step 2: Press the 'Add Selected to Cart' button.
I already know the product code I am looking for, how can I create my order quickly?
If you already know the Lyreco product code for the item you want, save time using the 'Quick Order' function on the homepage. This can be found on the right-hand side of your screen, next to the shopping basket. Enter the product reference and the desired quantities line by line. Then click on 'Add to Order'. Alternatively, you can enter Lyreco's product references and the quantities you require directly into the shopping basket screen.
What is the standard lead time for receiving my order?
Orders received before 5.30pm are despatched for delivery next working day.
However, some restrictions may apply on non-standard product ranges.
For some furniture items, please allow a lead time of 5 working days.
For customised stamps please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
How do I return a product?
To return goods simply email our Customer Service team with your username and account number within 30 days following the initial purchase order. You need to let us know which order the goods were placed on. We also need to know the product codes and quantities of each item you would like to return. If you wish to order replacement items again make this known in your email or you can simply place a new order for them. If you prefer, you can telephone our Customer Services department on 08000 858585.
